We do not control or endorse such third-party services and are not liable for their actions, content, or accuracy. We do not store your contact list on our servers unless required to provide a specific feature (e.g., saving invited friends for future reference).

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Excitado Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access or alterations to your data
• Third-party services or content
• System outages, bugs, or security breaches

The App and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account or access to the App for any violation of these Terms, or for other conduct deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful to the App or its users.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
